I help people and businesses grow by engaging teams and organizing group work in which they find solutions.
For 10 years, I have been building people development systems in international companies (retail, luxury, FMCG) and in educational consulting.
At METRO Cash & Carry I launched "Performance Management" blended learning program for 4,300 employees, that won an industry award in the "Best Employer of the Year" category.
At CHANEL I replaced "ad hoc" training with the company’s first annual learning program built around client centricity. Turned field coaches into an in-house trainer team that designed and delivered trainings independently.
At Multon Partners (ex-Coca-Cola), I designed the first leadership program for the Supply Chain function: 250 managers trained, with the program cascaded to 10 plants through internal trainers I prepared. Also redesigned the flagship leadership program into a blended format, reaching an NPS of 100.
As an invited speaker, I ran workshops for 100+ participants, shared cases at conferences and spoke about leadership development with L&D heads.

Mission
My mission is to make learning a real driver of business results, not a standalone event. Whether I am designing a leadership program for hundreds of managers or facilitating a strategy session for one team, my goal is the same: help people grow, help teams agree on what matters, and help organizations achieve their goals.
In my work I rely on two foundations that create value for the company and for the participants.
- (01)
Problem-focused. Every action starts from a clearly defined problem, and the purpose of the session is to find its solution.
- (02)
The group’s potential. The participants become the heroes of the event and take an active part in finding ways to solve the problem.
