An award-winning shift
What started as a CEO’s challenge became the company’s first online school. It reached 4,300 people, changed how managers and employees work with goals, and earned industry recognition
- 10+ hours of video content and 30+ in-person workshops delivered
- 4,300 managers and employees enrolled in the company’s first online school
- Participants rated the program 9.5 out of 10
- The school won an industry award in the "Best Employer of the Year" category
- Practical, no-fluff content. “I finally found all the information in one place, with examples from people who juggle a million tasks a day. It’s really great to get such practical, no-fluff content”
- A super-useful TV series. “I’d compare the online school to an engaging and super-useful TV series. Like many favorite shows, the first episode takes a bit of effort, but by the second you can’t stop. I went through the whole program in one go”
- Well structured and clear. “High-quality presentation, everything is well structured and clear. It’s valuable to see colleagues share their own performance management tips. The training changes your attitude to work and lets you see many things differently”
