Tailored-made leadership program
For years, Supply Chain supervisors, the people who keep plants running every day, had no leadership program of their own.
(MY ROLE)
- Designed a program for the target audience’s needs (250 supervisors in Manufacturing, Logistics and Quality)
- Created in-person trainings and a business simulation, follow-up sessions, self-study practical assignments, testing and final assessment (manager–employee role-play dialogue)
- Trained 5 Functional Capability trainers to deliver the program and facilitate the simulation
- After a successful pilot, cascaded the program to 10 plants across the country

From pilot to 10 plants
The first leadership program for the Supply Chain function grew from a single pilot into a nationwide rollout, delivered by internal trainers and keeping strong participant ratings at scale
- 250 managers across 10 plants nationwide completed the program
- 80% of the target audience completed all mandatory requirements and demonstrated mastery of the material
- Quality held up: pilot NPS 96, rollout NPS 86
- 5 internal trainers prepared to deliver the program independently
- Rollout completed on schedule and within budget
