Description
The main customer of the project was the CEO of METRO C&C. The task was as follows: we need to stop being a kick-off culture and become a result-oriented culture. This meant that now we set goals and then forget about them, while we want regular monitoring and to bring projects to their logical conclusion.
This is not only about teaching tools for personal and team effectiveness management but also about working with mindsets and attitudes towards the process.
To achieve the goal, I chose the format of an online school with TOP managers as role models.
Audience
300 managers
4000 employees participating in the annual performance evaluation process
Goals
Increase employee engagement in the process of managing personal effectiveness
Increase managers' engagement in the process of managing team effectiveness
Develop a culture of regular work towards achieving results: cascading & goal setting, monitoring & control, motivation, assessment.
Establish a process for self-study of theory and skill practice during participation in workshops
Ensure that at least 80% of the target audience completes the online school
Result
The project was launched in accordance with the deadlines and the planned budget.
More than 10 hours of training video content, 12 assignments, and tests have been created after completing each module. A program consisting of 6 workshops has been developed with the aim of practical skills training on the topics of the online school.
