Description
The case championship was conducted by the company "IKRA" at the request of "TATNEFT". I participated in the project as an invited mentor and facilitator. The key task was to help the teams apply the "CRAFT/ed" methodology to create a practice-oriented training program with an additional focus on developing soft skills in one of the classical subjects.
Audience
120 teachers from all regions of Russia
Goals
To introduce participants to the methodology of idea search for creating educational programs "CRAFT/ed"
To help apply the methodology for designing the training program
To support and mentor in the process of creating, formatting, and presenting the program before the jury members
Result
2 teams I worked with reached the finals, presenting their projects to the jury members in the semifinals (in the first qualifying round, 40 teams presented their projects, 9 of which were selected to participate in the finals). My team won the case championship.
