Description

The main task of the project is to form and train a team of regional trainer-mentors within the structure of the training department. Previously, the trainer position was in the sales department. After moving to the training department, employees began to be responsible for developing training materials based on regional requests, conducting mini-training sessions, post-training support, and developing consultants' skills in the field.

Goals

  • Build a systematic approach to adapting and developing sales skills and working with clients for Retail & Wholesale consultants

  • Implement a mentoring and field support system as part of the training process

  • Integrate employees of the commercial department into the training department's work, enhancing their professional expertise

  • Ensure the ability to independently develop training materials upon regional request, conduct mini-training sessions, and practically practice skills using field coaching tools, role-playing, and feedback

Result

The process of transferring employees from the commercial department to the CHANEL Academy has been successfully completed.
A 40-hour training program on the methodology of training has been conducted with the aim of developing the ability of trainer-mentors to independently create training materials and conduct training in both online and offline formats.

A long-term approach to skill development has been implemented, including the creation of pre-work materials, mobile learning, classroom training, follow-up, and practical skill application in the field.
